Service Description

What is it? Join AJ for a class aimed at toning the core for physical resilience and then stretching muscles to release physical tension before a 30 minute guided meditation to relieve mental and emotional tension and stress. A perfect way to find some peace throughout the week, shaking off the old and restoring balance.
